Directorate Changes
The Board is pleased to announce that Ian Mackin, currently Interim Financial Director, has accepted the position of Finance Director on a full-time permanent basis with effect from 26 September 2022.
Further, Julie Pomeroy who was due to step down as Non-Executive Director on 30 September 2022 has agreed to stay with the Group.
Commenting on the changes, Giles Fearnley, Non-Executive Chairman, said: “We are delighted to confirm that Ian Mackin, previously Interim FD, has now accepted the position on a permanent basis. Coupled with the valuable expertise that Julie Pomeroy continues to bring, we believe we have the right team to take the Group forward.”
