Issue of Options

Dillistone Group Plc, the AIM quoted supplier of software and services to recruiters, announces the grant on 1 October 2021 of options over 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in Dillistone (the “Options”) to Joanne Curd, a director and CFO of the Company.

The Options are exercisable within 3 to 10 years, without performance conditions, at an exercise price of 22.5p per share. Joanne does not hold any other options or shares in the Company.

Following this grant, the Company has 1,543,500 Ordinary Shares under option, representing 7.85% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
