We’re pleased to announce the launch of our new name and global brand, Ikiru People.
Ikiru People brings together the best of our products, minds, and technical innovation, whilst continuing to support and develop our flagship products.
Paul Thompson, Sales and Marketing Director at Ikiru People, confirmed, “Ikiru People is headquartered in the group’s newly refurbished and expanded offices in Basingstoke. By pulling together the personalities and resources from the group companies, we’ve been able to build an expanded talent hub, where the brightest and most passionate people in the industry will serve our extended clients even better.”
Paul Mather, Chief Operations Officer at Ikiru People, commented, “We’re immensely proud of the services and support our teams offer to our customers around the world, across all our brands, and we’re now simplifying how we provide these services. We’re maintaining our global presence from our offices in the UK, the US, Australia, and Germany, but now have greater agility by focussing on the services we offer across the group and moving away from having product-centric teams. We’ve renamed our business and have implemented a process of change so that all products and services are now offered through a single company, whilst maintaining our established and trusted product brands. We’ve also implemented new centralised systems for CRM, helpdesk, finance, and HR to deliver a better, more streamlined service to our customers. It’s been uplifting to see the board’s vision so enthusiastically implemented by the team, and to complete this phase of the development without disruption to the client services.”
Chief Technology Officer, Simon Warburton, added, “It’s an exciting chapter in the company’s 30+ year history. This will reduce the administrative effort in our group and allow us to focus clearly and centrally on what we’re passionate about – our products and services to our clients around the world.
